RESOLVED

The affected router has been successfully replaced and returned to production. Members who were directly impacted will be migrated back during a planned window.

MONITORING

A work around is now in place - all ports migrated to other routers onsite. We will replace the faulty router once it arrives onsite however there is no current disruption or service risk.

Engineer is onsite and services are being moved to other routers while we arrange replacement of the faulty device. All links should be back online shortly.

We've been unable to resolve the issue remotely. We are arranging an engineer to visit the site to repatch services to other working routers onsite as a work around while a replacement device is arranged.

INVESTIGATING

We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our routers at the Christchurch/CHC POP site. Investigations are underway to determine the root cause and restore connectivity to impacted services.
