Description

We will be completing PoP migration work as part of the NNSR Hardware upgrade project. This will see a number of services migrated to our new hardware onsite. It is expected that impacted members will experience up to 15 minutes of downtime while these migrations occur, dual homed services should automatically failover to backup paths. [Resolved] On Sunday the 23rd March net-mta-d01 rebooted itself unexpectedly. We have reached out to Juniper to figure out why this behaviour occured. Outage took place at 07:47 and came back online at 07:55

[Resolved] The issue is now resolved after the supplier identified an issue within their optical platform with support from vendor.

[Investigating] We are currently monitoring a potential issue that could affect connectivity in the Nelson POP. Current Situation: Nelson to Invercargill POP connection is currently down. We have raised a priority case with our supplier and they are currently investigating the issue, there is currently no estimated time of recovery and will provide new updates we received them. There is no impact to members connected at Nelson POP, however the POP is currently in-jeopardy.
